  • Nelibily se mi snidane - ubohe ! Behem 3 snidani ani 1 jogurt - pry jsou objednane. Nelibilo se mi navyseni ceny u potvrzeni hotelu o 1/3 !

  • Relativně dobré ubytování (velký pokoj). Špičková a profesionální obsluha slečny servírky (jiná než v sobotu) při snídani v neděli (3.11.).

  • Poměrně chudá snídaně (bez teplého jídla - např. vajíčka, párky), navíc v sobotu ráno (2.11.) přišla slečna servírka až před půl devátou, takže do té doby bez čaje, kávy a džusu, který byl dopit hned po osmé hodině, bez talířů, obsluhu se snažil zabezpečit kdosi z kuchyně, prostě hrůza!!! Využití wellnes centra (sauna, výřivka) pro ubytované asi bez nároku, pokud si to neobjednáte alespoň 3 týdny předem (teď už to vím)!

  • V popisu hotelu máte, že poskytujete služby masáži a Whirlpoolky, při našem příchodu nám bylo sděleno, že maserka je dlouhodobě nemocná a Whirlpoolka je plné obsazena. Váš hotel jsme si vybrali na poput ze tyhle služby poskytujete což není tak úplně pravda....

  • Prostorný pokoj na konci hotelu

  • Absence klimatizace či ventilace - v mistnosti bylo odhadem 30°C a bylo to velmi nepříjemné, nedalo se tam dobře vyspat. Malá TV na kterou jde sotva vidět.
